Jennifer Rai ~ President and Founder
Jennifer started the company in 2005, when she realized that an entrepreneur’s outsourcing needs do not stop with IT services. Starting with a strong local base of clients, Today’s Admin and its team of Virtual Assistants have grown quickly by word-of-mouth referrals. Jennifer’s sense of humor and innate leadership ability have fostered a company environment that is positive, hard-working and dedicated. Jennifer’s insight, understanding, and genuine interest in her client’s success enable her to make the perfect match between Virtual Assistant and business professional. This perfect match is the partnership and support a business owner needs to increase revenue and take their business to the next level.
Jessica Ford ~ Director of Operations
Jessica Ford joined the company in 2007 bringing with her a solid background that includes Executive Level Assistance, Human Resources, Payroll and Accounting. Jessica promotes a greater understanding between assistants and their clients while keeping the line of communication open to proactively address issues or concerns. In addition to acting as the liaison between our clients and assistants, she has a solid knowledge base in several of the key areas of support we offer including social media marketing, bookkeeping, and website design. Her background in the Air Force has given her a great sense of discipline, dedication, leadership, teamwork, positive work ethic and the cross-functional skills to oversee the day-to-day activities of Today’s Admin.
Zarina Hussain ~ Executive Assistant
Zarina comes to us with graduate degree in Computer Science and is Database Proficiency certified. Zarina has extensive computer skills and has a strong Administrative, Computer and Sales background. She is Internet savvy and skilled with all aspects of Social Media Marketing. In addition to working with our clients, Zarina is the Executive Assistant to Jennifer Rai, the company’s Founder & President.
Joanna C. Frabrizio ~ Senior Virtual Assistant
Joanna comes to us with a strong Advertising, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations and Sales background. Joanna has worked for several years in the field of consumer products and services. Her creative ability has brought successful results in reaching consumers and delivering brand awareness through website design, newsletters, press releases and product copy. She has extensive knowledge of online Social Networking sites such as; Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Joanna has many years of administrative experience, not only with manufacturing companies but in the medical field. She has a high level of personal energy, creativity, and enthusiasm, particularly when faced with challenging projects! She is her toughest critic and takes pride in her work.
Sarah Espano ~ Senior Virtual Assistant
Sarah comes to us with a BA in Philosophy, as well as various software certification course credits, and over 10 years’ experience in publishing, graphic design, and web design. She develops tailor-made systems to promote efficiency and organization, while exceeding her clients’ expectations and keeping the lines of communication wide open. She approaches her clients with professionalism, diligence, and candor, and thinks that a sense of humor fosters a successful relationship. Her specialties include: creative and unique graphic design, intuitive web design, content development, SEO, XHTML/CSS, and CMS like Joomla and WordPress.
Stephanie Swinson ~ Senior Virtual Assistant
Stephanie comes to us with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in computer art and a minor in English Communications. She’s been working with design and technology for over six years. She specializes in website design and development but she’s also skilled in print design. Stephanie is eager to please, very focused on the details of a situation and well versed in the areas of Social Media, marketing and effective communication. She’s a self-professed geek who is fascinated by the latest trends in technology and society. She takes great pride in her work as she always strives to surpass her clients’ expectations.
Denise Sparks ~ Senior Virtual Assistant
Denise comes to us with a combined twenty years experience in the Administrative, Accounting, Marketing and Advertising fields. Denise is computer savvy, loves working with numbers and takes pride in her high level of dedication and creativity she brings to every project. She believes that attention to detail is essential at all times and a positive attitude is the key for successful work performance and helping her clients reach their goals.
Casey Hancock ~ Virtual Assistant
Casey comes to us with over five years of experience in the administrative field and a strong background in executive assistance and office management. After serving four years in the United States Air Force, she knows the importance of a strong work ethic combined with excellent communication skills, loyalty, and attention to detail. Casey’s primary focus is to create a less stressful day for her client with a positive attitude and trusting relationship. She is dedicated to exceeding her clients’ expectations and loves a new challenge!
